Addie developed her expertise while working at J.W. York Homes, a custom home building company, and Bell Cabinetry & Design, a custom cabinetry showroom and studio. In these roles, Addie oversaw the selections for custom homes and managed the executions of high-end kitchens and baths.
“Growing up as a contractor’s daughter, I was always learning from my father, whether it was how to read blueprints or how to properly communicate with the rest of the crew. It was inevitable that I’d grow up to love being on site and develop a passion for design. Now, I love searching for unique architectural details that can make a good-looking room greater. As Charles Eames once said, ‘The details are not the details. They make the design,’…and I fully believe that.”
Addie received her Interior Design degree from the University of Georgia. In her spare time, Addie enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the ins and outs of the city.
Andy is an Associate Director who oversees the architecture and design of projects within the Dixon portfolio. He places a special emphasis on attention to detail and execution of construction in order to create a truly unique, positive experience for each tenant. Andy believes that good design is good business and uses this as a guide when making design decisions.
“The function and aesthetic of each project should have a positive impact on tenants’ lives and must be well thought out prior to construction. Each projects’ layout and finishes have the opportunity to bring more value to Dixon’s diverse portfolio.”
Andy’s previous work experience includes commercial and hospitality projects in Southern China, as well as high-end residential work in New York City, Long Island and Kentucky.
Andy is a registered architect in the state of New York and holds a Professional Degree in Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, as well as an MSRED from New York University. While at Notre Dame, Andy studied classical architecture and its merits for contemporary design and construction techniques. In his spare time, Andy likes to play soccer, travel with his wife, Jess, and explore the city’s neighborhoods and parks.

Vince works with Dixon Projects as an in-house Architectural Designer. Vince is one of the first team members to visit a prospective project to survey as-built conditions and record information for later evaluation. He thoroughly enjoys re-designing and preserving these once magnificent properties that often have fallen into complete disrepair.
“It gives me the ultimate joy knowing that I play a role in providing a family with a well-designed and safe home to create memories in.”
As a family man himself, helping to make happy homes is extremely important to Vince. He loves to travel with his wife and two daughters, where they can discover new cultures, foods and adventures, before coming back home to their two pet dogs.
Vince gains inspiration from this philosophy by John Portman: “Buildings should serve people, not the other way around. We must learn to understand humanity better so that we can create an environment that is more beneficial to people, more rewarding, more pleasant to experience.” He always keeps this in mind as he looks ahead to even more exciting times at Dixon Projects.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. His experience in the architectural field widely ranges from both residential to commercial properties. He has completed detailed millwork drawings, comprehensive construction documents and inspired architectural designs that all help contribute to flawless final products. In fact, he was given the opportunity to design the floor plans for both Dixon’s New York and Sydney offices. “Coming in to work daily and literally experience the space I helped design is priceless.”
As an Architectural Designer, Gina is responsible for both architectural and interior designs, producing interior layouts and providing alternative design options. Using her extensive knowledge of residential architecture and design, Gina collaborates with each Dixon Projects department to create high-end residential properties for the exclusive and historic buildings in Dixon’s diverse portfolio.
“Dixon is all about the collaboration. It’s the creative ideas that each unique team member brings from their professional field to the project.”
Prior to joining Dixon Projects, Gina built her career through various roles in architecture, interior design and engineering. This unique blend of expertise is reflected in the projects Gina works on every day. As a Project Designer for both Ryan Consulting Engineers and Chiffert Engineering, Gina designed, developed and coordinated projects for residential clients and performed field surveys for architectural, HVAC equipment, ductwork and other MEP layouts.
Gina has always had a passion for designing luxury residential homes. She holds a Bachelors of Architecture, a Bachelors in Interior Design and a Masters in Engineering, all from the New York Institute of Technology. Gina was born and raised in Long Island and now resides happily in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

As an Architectural Intern, Olivia surveys existing conditions of new properties, drafts drawings for the design and marketing teams and digitally models and renders schematic designs. Working alongside architects and interior designers, Olivia helps to visually represent the proposed designs before construction even begins. As a current graduating architecture student, Olivia brings a wealth of fresh knowledge to the team, including 3D modeling, rendering and photo editing software.
“The most rewarding aspect of working with the design team is the fast turnaround of projects. In my short time with Dixon, I’ve seen condemned brownstones transform into captivating modern homes through the hard work of our talented architects and interior designers.”
Olivia studies Architecture at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. She is expected to graduate with her Bachelors of Architecture degree, with honors, in May 2017. While at school, Olivia has worked on a professional level with multiple professors, assisting with model making and visual representations. Her educational work has also been chosen to represent Pratt Institute for the NAAB Accreditation review. Post-graduation, Olivia intends to pursue her architecture license and certification.
